| QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER | |
| Job Description Developing, improving process performance feedback using trend, pareto, and other quality tools. Develop advance quality planning with respect to customer requirements. Review incoming customer contracts for applicable quality requirements. Provide customer interface with respect to quality issues. Identify and log quality requirements. Customer Purchase Order Special Requirements information sheet. Determine if product meets specifications to performance, controlled by drawing, test procedure, of specifications of the customer. Review outgoing purchase orders for quality requirements. Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Perform failure analysis on returned switches. Perform internal audits. Prepare written reports for projects as required. Ensure compliance to approved vendor list including vendor control and risk assessment. Sign Certificate of Conformance for finished products. Act as source delegate for various companies. Work with production assemblytest in training personnel when requested in proper test set-up and methods to be followed. | |
| Skills Required BA Degree in Engineering discipline. 1-2 years of previous experience in a Aerospace and Manufacturing industry. Knowledge of all Quality Control processes. Able to work from written blueprints, schematics and quality reports. | |
