| Job Description The assembly position does not require past assembly experience. Must be mechanically inclined, learn quickly and care about the quality of your work. You will be trained to work with electronic components, subassemblies, and products Must be able to read work instructions and work with different products and change processes often. Will position and align parts in relationship with other jig, fixture or holding device. Use crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or other procedures to join and secure parts in place. Solders components such as resistors, diodes, capacitors and sockets. Connect component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connect wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact point. Assembles and attaches hardware, such as nuts, bolts, retaining rings and switches to assemblies. Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and color coding parts and assemblies. Tends machines that weld, leak-check and backfill, press, shape or wind component parts. Adjust or trims materials from component to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics. Performs online testing and inspections. | |
| Skills Required High School DiplomaGED or 1-3 months exp. Good Mechanical Skills, Ability to read, write and speak English, Stability Longevity in employment history. Will train on their assembly process. | |
| Skills Preferred Soldering experience is a plus, but not needed will train. | |
