Job Description
Seeking an energetic and organized multi-tasker to provide general office support to various departments and to answer and screen incoming calls to the Company. Greets visitors and notifies employees of visitors. Provides excellent customer service to ensure all callers and visitors receive the highest quality of service and support. Picks up, sorts, and distributes mail, FedEx, faxes, etc., and scans invoices. Files documents, makes copies, and performs other administrative tasks for Executive and Accounting Departments.Handles travel arrangements for the Executive team - including booking flights, cars and hotels. Processes and sends outgoing mail and packages, using automated machine to stuff envelopes with checks and invoices. Inputs data into business computer system. Tracks, manages, and orders office and kitchen supplies for the corporate office. Ensures that kitchen is clean. Orders and sets up office lunches. Assists with other general office projects and errands as needed.
Skills Required
3 yrs of administrativeoffice assistant experience supporting multiple people. Some college coursework required. Excellent written and verbal communication and professional phone demeanor. Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel.
Skills Preferred
AA or BA preferred. Ability to work on and manage multiple projectstasks with varied and changing priority levels. Experience in data input to business computers systems.
