| Job Description Support Project Managers on multiple projects in all aspects of the construction process --- from estimating the project to managing the project. Prepare quantity takeoffs. Solicit material subcontractor price quotes. Prepare maintain Project Book. Prepare and log all material submittals RFIs. Assist in Project correspondence. Document and prepare change orders and change order requests. Prepare and update Project schedule. Assist in monitoring job budget vs. actual variances. Interact directly with Project Superintendents in the field. | |
| Skills Required BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Business. Proficient in MS Office. 3-5 years of project management experience in a construction environment. Scheduling software experience. Above average interpersonal skills and excellent follow-through. | |
