| SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER | |
| Job Description You will design and develop leading edge new products and improvements to these products. After design, prototype and manufacture, youll evaluate products, parts, and processes for cost efficiency, quality and reliability with a strong focus on brand reinforcement. Configuration and geometry using 3-D CAD. Fully dimensioned drawings using GDT. DFM, DFA, stack analysis for optimized cost, quality, and performance. Project plans with milestones, resource requirements, budget and timing. Expert leadership for product introductions and process improvements. Product specs test plans that verify concepts, ensure reliability, and refine component design. | |
| Skills Required 3 to 5 yrs of exp in the design and development of complex mechanical parts. From concept to manufacturing of product. Expert in SolidWorks with 3-5 yrs of exp. Must be comfortable working around firearms. BA in Mechanical Engineering or related field. | |
| Skills Preferred Proven firearms and products related firearms design experience is a big plus. Statistics and statistical software a plus. Prefer a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Design Engineer that can create from concept to manufacturing a product. | |
