| Job Description Los Angeles company is seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated Analyst to join our team.The candidate will work primarily with the Chief Acquisitions Officer, researching local markets looking for distressed acquisition opportunities, pulling lease deals for the market place, computing property NOI and performing other special projects directed by the Management Team.The Analyst will be a key member of the acquisition process, helping with due diligence, problem solving and documentation. | |
| Skills Required Commercial Real Estate Experience. College graduate. Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel. Understanding of finance, accounting and real estate underwriting. Self starter with strong communication skills. | |
