| Job Description Support leadership in successfully executing on our direct to consumer approach to customer experience in a service brand market.Provide onboarding developmental experiences for leadership roles in multi-state organization. Provide consultation and execution support for learning and development initiatives for business partners and management team to support a rapid business expansion strategy. Develop distinctive courses that allow learners to immerse themselves in material that allows them to recall relevant information on the job. Maintain training assessments and manage a quality control process to validate the effectiveness of training courses and suggest improvements. | |
| Skills Required 5+ years experience leading and managing a LD department. Must have experience developing programs. Ability and individuals that supports and adapts well to Executive team initiatives. This is a working manager position travel expected based out of SB. | |
