| Job Description Incoming Inspections inspect active and passive components or electronic devices received from vendors inside a clean-room environment perform XRF analysis of parts will train. Source Inspection inspect active and passive components or electronic devices at the supplier prior to delivery to the factory. In-Process Inspection inspect hybrid modules and sub-assemblies at defined inspection points during assembly of said modules and sub-assemblies. Review manufacturing drawings and electrical redlines as part of in-process inspection. Perform final inspection of finished deliverable products. Review of vendor documentation as part of incoming inspection. Assist in various verification procedures. Enter inspection transactions in Intuitive ERP System. Occasional local travel to vendors to perform source inspection as needed. | |
| Skills Required 3 years experience as an Electronic Assembler. Knowledge of acceptancerejection critera. Exp of hybrid micro electronics. Familiarity with Mil Specs, NASA, IPC, J-STD Standards, etc... | |
| Skills Preferred Class 10,000 Cleanroom Environment exp. Able to work overtime if needed. Able to use microscope, calipers, micrometers, tweezers and probes. Solder, wire bond, eutectic die attach, alumina, etc... ISO 9001 | |
