| Job Description Under the general direction of the Director of Clinical Education, the Clinical Educator works in collaboration with the Vice President of Patient Care Services and directors to meet the educational needs of the staff. The Clinical Educator is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating education programs which facilitate the competence of hospital staff within their specific departments. Is responsible for developing a process or processes designed to ensure that all individuals are competent as appropriate to the ages of the populations served. | |
| Skills Required Must be a Registered Nurse in California, Masters of Nursing MSN or Nursing Education MSNEd Degree required, Exp w Electronic Medical Record EMR System for patient documentation, min of 5 years of clinical experience | |
| Skills Preferred Must be able to work normalscheduled working hours to include Holidays, call-backs, weeknights, weekends, and on-call. Experience teaching RNs in a clinical acute setting. | |
